My applied research focuses on digital media and technology (please see my Research page for more details).

I am very passionate about the role of women in tech and how I can explore my own role through applied research and teaching. In particular, I want to focus on the idea of immersive experiences in entertainment and education (edutainment) and the role of thoughtful design and applied research. I am excited to continue my career in digital media studies.
